Honoree Maria & Ned Reade

Tonight, we celebrate two of Pawling’s most esteemed residents, Maria and Ned Reade. Their story embodies the very essence of creativity, community spirit, and collaboration that defines our town.

A Serendipitous Beginning
Maria and Ned’s shared journey began at Trinity-Pawling School.  Maria joined in 1986 as a French teacher and coach, while Ned had been there since 1975 as an art teacher and varsity soccer coach. This fortuitous intersection of their paths laid the foundation for decades of contributions to our community.
